ANIMAL TRAPPING
We charge a flat rate trapping fee for one week of trapping (for all animals except beaver, coyote & bats.) There is NO set up fee, NO per animal fee, NO need for an estimate or quote. The trapping fee is all inclusive: Five (5) trips out every single day to set the trap, check the trap and to relocate animals trapped. It is the law in the State of Georgia that the traps are checked every single day – No exceptions. Success Rate: 95% of our trapping had the problem resolved & completed within One (1) Week.
- We have to inspect the property to determine the: type of animal, best trap to use and location of trap.
- We use live cage traps, foot restraints or snares that are effective and humane.
- During the hot months our live traps are kept in the shade when possible and we check our traps in the morning to assure the animals are subjected to the least amount of stress as possible by being in the trap.
- We release all animals when & where permissible by law. While taking into consideration both food supply and water source.
- Any injured animals trapped are taken to a wildlife rehabilitator to be treated then released.
- We release all animals that are nocturnal (active at night) at dusk, diurnal (active in daytime) during the day so the chances of their survival are in their favor.
HAND CATCHING
We treat these as an EMERGENCY CALL- 24/7 we respond. We find it easier to charge a flat rate fee of $175 - $250 to come to your property and hand catch and remove an animal that is inside the building or enclosed area using a gloved hand, net, catch pole or net gun (Example: Snake in the garage, Raccoon cornered in basement, Aggressive Goose in pool area, etc.) We will spend up to an hour looking for & attempting to catch the animal. Whether we leave with the animal or not we get paid for our effort and attempt to remove it. Additional time is billed at a greatly discounted rate.
ANIMAL EXCLUSION (Repairs)
Exclusion is the act of using animal proof materials, devices and methods to keep the animals OUT. Once the animals are taken out, they leave behind odors, feces and scents which may attract other animals. Although we have taken the tenant away (far enough to never find their way back) it just clears the way for the next one to find their way in unless you block off its ability to “Get back IN”. Some of the most common entry areas for animals are:

We only use the highest quality animal-proof materials and devices, therefore, we are proudly able to guarantee that no animal will get past the areas where we have performed the exclusion services. With all of this said, there is no way to give a price for exclusion work over the phone. WHILE we are setting up the traps it is necessary for us to determine how the animals are gaining access or entry into the building or property – this is when we are able to provide a proposal for the cost of the exclusion work. IF the proposal is acceptable we will perform the exclusion work while the trapping is being performed which increases the overall success of the entire process.
DEAD ANIMAL REMOVAL
The dirty, yucky side of our business. Whether it is a dead deer, dead raccoon or any other animal… we will come out to locate and remove it. The rate depends on whether you know where the animal is or if we have to locate it. The size of the animal is also a price factor. All large animals like coyotes & deer require driving to the landfill in Cumming and paying a disposal fee. Dead animal removal prices normally range between $125 – $250.

If you have an injured animal and need to know a local rehabber (click here) a new tab or window will open up. FOR A FEE we will come out and pick up the injured wild animal, we will locate a rehabber that is licensed to deal with that specific animal and safely transport the animal to the rehabber- then call us. When this is done, not only do we get paid our fee but a small donation is appreciated for the volunteer rehabber to help them offset their expenses while caring for the animal. Please Note: We cannot help injured cats, dogs or deer.
